A Review of April

That is what April has been about.  Showing up and finishing strong.  Almost every day this month I’ve had my Shakeology and I’ve worked out.  I’m getting results, but not quite in the way I expected.

I’ve lost 4 inches in my waist.  FOUR!  That’s crazy!  I have GAINED (yes, gained!) almost ten pounds.  My coach told me not to stress too much about it, and because of the inches lost, I’m not.

 

What I’ve noticed most is my energy level.  I have so much more energy than a month or two ago.  I FEEL good! I’m proud of myself for crushing goals.
