I’ve been doing this workout thing now for almost a month straight. That means showing up, even when I don’t feel like it, even when it’s hard.
I’m not a very consistent person in general. I tend to start and stop things. From marriages to breakfast cereal. That’s a true confession.
Here’s the deal. I AM being consistent with my workouts. I’m starting to see results. Finally.
