We are both doing really well as far as points go. The accountability of both of us being in this together really helps. Exercise, however, is something we both hate.
Forms of exercise that I enjoy are on a VERY short list. Hiking. Yep. That’s it. When I was a skinny girl, I enjoyed running, too. For now, it’s just hiking. Being in God’s country tricks my body into thinking everything is okay.
This question is for those of you who exercise. How do you get started? We’ve got to do something to get our cardio going. Suggestions are welcomed.
