Goal #3

My third goal is to crack down on nutrition! I’ve gone from 247 pounds to 225 in about a month and a half. I’ve got to keep this momentum going!

Here I am about 225 pounds.
I was close to 247 pounds here.

Keto is my chosen diet plan. I stay to under 20 carbs a day. Lots and lots of eggs are involved. 

The amazing part is this diet works. 

We also joined a gym. It’ll open mid February. We are excited! It’ll have tanning, massage, and other perks. I’m hoping to use weights to tone my jiggle. At the same time, nutrition is what makes you or breaks you. That’s where my focus is.
